Prices include water, electricity, and gas utilities, one change of linen (sheets and towels), and cleaning upon arrival and departure.
The apartment comprises a living room with a fireplace of over 40 square meters, a sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, and gas cooker; two bedrooms with double beds (sleeping 5 in total); one bathroom with a window and a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower; and one bathroom with a toilet, sink, and washing machine. Total area: 90 square meters.
The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment including pots, pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
There is also an iron and ironing board, clothes horse, broom, scrubbing brush and cleaning rags.

Arrival/departure times: to be agreed in advance, between 9:00 and 23:00.
