The house offers a panoramic view from which you can enjoy the unspoiled nature of these places, the wonderful thousand-year-old olive trees that cover the hills all the way to the sea, all surrounded by healthy air and a constant breeze that will keep you company throughout your stay. The location is very quiet and peaceful. A short five-minute walk takes you to the beach, as well as to Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni, and Alberobello. Matera, the 2019 European Capital of Culture, is just an hour’s drive away. Near the bus stop, you can find a pizzeria and restaurant, a grocery store, and, a little further away, a butcher, greengrocer, newsagent, and bar. Daily housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Low season January/May – September/December €300.00 per night for up to 4 people, from 5 up to 7 people there is an additional cost of €50 per person/night
High season June/August €350.00 per night for up to 4 people, from 5 up to 7 people there is an additional cost of €50 per person/night
