“La soffitta sul porto” is a delightful little house, renovated in 2023, with a sea view, on the third floor (without elevator) of an old and characteristic fisherman’s house. In a central and quiet area, very convenient to shops and restaurants, it is a stone’s throw from the old port. The attic is warm and welcoming, with the colors of the sea, bright paintings on the walls, flowering plants, books, board games, Wi-Fi, SmartTV HOW MANY GUESTS? The accommodation is ideal for 4 guests (with the possibility of adding a fifth guest). HOW MANY ROOMS? FIRST BEDROOM: double bedroom with bamboo bed/futon, walk-in closet, chest of drawers and bookcase SECOND BEDROOM: double/triple, with a triple bunk bed (double French bed below and single bed above), Smart working/study station (free Wi-Fi) spacious wardrobe BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer, first aid kit, personal hygiene kit LIVING AREA: Quaint little attic living room with a bohemian feel (be careful! The ceiling is very low!) with relaxation area, Smart TV and Wi-Fi, cushions, pouf and futon. Kitchenette, with kettle, coffee maker, cups and a selection of teas and herbal teas. Dining area, with table and chairs, board games and books. LAUNDRY: with washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning detergents HOME APPLIANCES : washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, vacuum cleaner, microwave, TV, hairdryer, kettle, juicer, iron. IMPORTANT: The building is located in a pedestrian area and does not have a lift: the high and steep steps leading to the attic (on the third floor) and inside the apartment are a picturesque feature typical of Ligurian fishermen’s houses, but they do not make it suitable for people with reduced mobility and children under 6 years of age. Pets allowed (extra €10) 80 euros per day + 10 euros cleaning fee
